We were so excited to introduce Waylon to Stan, Holiday, and Olivia Goodreau on Thursday (10/5). They were in town for a very quick visit so we hit the beach and our favorite restaurant, El Mariachi. One of my first dates with Aaron was a double-date with Stan and Holiday. The four of us hung out quite a bit when we all lived in LA. It was a sad day for us when they moved to Denver so its always LOTS of talking and catching up when we're together. Of course this time it was a totally new experience to juggle our time together while taking care of our kids. I still haven't gotten over how different it is to try and go out to dinner, the beach, wherever... with kids. Its fun, but definitely a far cry from the long evenings we used to spend eating, drinking, and talking without interruption.
It is absolutely adorable to see Stan wrapped totally and completely around Olivia's little finger
Olivia was so cute running all around the beach. We were lucky to get her to stop long enough for this cute picture with her mom.
Waylon couldn't keep up with Olivia, and just chilled on the beach. We were so sad to realize that we totally forgot to get a picture of Waylon and Olivia together.
