While the Engelhardt family was visiting, Waylon had his first trip to the beach. Much like all of our other activities, taking Waylon to the beach required LOTS of equipment, and ended shortly after it started. He enjoyed his personal, pop-up sun tent, but didn’t seem to take as kindly to the ocean. The entire time we were putting his feet in the water he had a very concerned frown on his face. I think the ocean was a bit daunting for our little guy, and it will be quite awhile before he is riding the waves with his daddy (I am humoring Aaron by insinuating that he actually uses the surfboard that takes up space in our garage).
Waylon makes himself comfortable while snoozing in his personal tent. Aaron later got in a "fight" with the tent while putting it away, and lets just say the tent won.
