In March we "won" a day a the Del Mar races as an auction prize at the Juniors casino night. We bid as a group with two other couples, and a mere 4 1/2 months later, we were on the train headed to the races. It was a wonderful, adult-only evening. Knowing that our winning bid helped an amazing cause was also nice.
