Early Christmas with Uncle Matt

Aaron's brother, Matt, works on oil tankers and often has to be away for holidays. Since he would not be there for the "magic" of Christmas '08, Grandma Josephine hosted a complete Christmas breakfast, complete with gifts, a few weeks in advance.

Our family scored sweet hats from Uncle Matt. Trust me, the gift is hysterical if you are a fan of "The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou" movie.

Uncle Matt came over to our house for some more time with the kids. Avalon has really bad stranger anxiety these days, but warmed up to Uncle Matt very quickly.
