We had a nice, relaxing day and evening on Christmas Eve. The kids were surprisingly good during the children's services at the church. The hilight of the night was when Aunt Sarah called from West Virginia and left a message that Santa just left and was on his way to California. Waylon went mental when we told him that if he was still awake when Santa came he would pass by our house. Waylon was kicking and jumping trying to get out of his high chair and upstairs to bed. We laughed so hard we almost cried. It was incredibly sweet, and the easiest time we've ever had getting him to go to bed. Thank you Santa for your help, and your amazing presents.
Luckily the kids went to bed on time so Santa stopped by and delivered lots of nice gifts, including a rescue set for Waylon and an art table for Avalon.
