Just after the horrible earthquake and tsunami in Japan, Dana Trevino had a wonderful idea to host a lemonade stand to teach the kids to give to those in need. We joined forces with the Fagans and set up shop in front of Ralph's Grocery Store. The kids got really into, but overwhelmed many shoppers with their eager sales tactics. I was shocked at how much they seemed to appreciate the concept of raising money for people in need to help them buy medicine and blankets. It was a wonderful morning for a very worthy cause.
The kids rushed around and fought over who got to pour the lemonade.
Here are all 6 kids shouting at a shopper trying to enter the store. I was surprised we weren't kicked off the property for frightening shoppers.
Matt, Jonathan, and Waylon
Avalon, Noah, and Jonathan.
